Newer hotel. Clean, friendly staff and well appointed. The parking lot is very tight so I would not consider if you are towing a trailer or drive a commercial vehicle. Great proximity to the airport.

This is the absolute worst place I've stayed in a very long time. The hotel itself is good as far as cleanliness and everything in the room was good. What made it so bad were the people staying in the hotel. Now I know that I shouldn't blame the hotel but here's the deal. When I was checking in I had to sign a form that said no parties in rooms after 10pm..... so I asked the lady at the front desk if this was a problem here. She tells me that since people are living there that they can get a little rowdy sometimes. I had a 530am flight so I try and get to bed around 10. I fell asleep and then I'm waken up around 1130 by people slamming doors and hollering and running up and down the hallways. This went on till about 130am. So now I have to get up in two hours at 330am so I can get to the airport and check in. If the hotel knows these people are a problem they need to do something about it. Ridiculous.

This hotel is lovely. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. When we first arrived at the hotel, our air conditioning wasn't working properly, so they let us change to the room next door without any problems. This hotel has weekly housekeeping visits, but if you need anything (toilet paper, towels, sheets, etc.), you can either call the front desk or walk to them. They'll give you everything you need. All the rooms come with a kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher & dishwashing detergent, stove, microwave, toaster, etc.), and if you need any small appliances or cooking tools, you can go to the lending locker and get everything you need for no charge. The lending locker also has games and movies. Although they don't have breakfast, there is a small shop with snack items, soaps, detergent, etc. if needed. This hotel includes a laundry facility that doesn't cost anything (besides detergent), as well as a fitness room with basic workout equipment and a grill on the back porch. I loved everything about our stay, from the comfy beds to the helpful, kind staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Richmond area.

Well priced, but about 15 minutes away from everything. More geared towards long-term guest rather than those on vacation. Housekeeping is not good about replenishing things after people checkout. We had to ask on mutiple ocations for things that weren't in the room (soap, corkscrew, etc). Overall,  good experience.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The beds were comfortable, the hotel clean and bright, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. There is a shuttle that makes it easy to get back and forth to the airport.
