The room smelled terrible. All of my clothes even clothes I still have packed in my bag smell terrible.  The third floor is a smoking floor and makes the whole hotel smell. It's dirty. I felt like I couldn't walk in the room without shoes on. Outdated. The pictures look way better than what it is. Breakfast was unsatisfactory. Stay somewhere else.

The pungent aroma of marijuana was all through the hallways was a definite turn off. Even the elevator smelled like weed. The rooms were clean though. And they did offer quality customer service. Just don't have clothes to wash. Because the washer/dryer never is working

It was okay but the smell was awful! The breakfast was okay, not very satisfying. Rooms aren’t very clean, had to bring my own cleaning products from home. I was constantly awoken from my sleep due to screaming from the hallways. I think crackheads stay here. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable.

Best economic hotel in Richmond thought the prices were high at first until I receive 5 star service from all front desk staff and housekeepers. Upon checking in there was some confusion they cleared everything up for me imidiately and helped me check in very quickly, I needed a comfy suite for my kids and I they let me check the room out first and I loved it they were very nice with the kids and let us check in early with no extra charge!! The housekeepers were MORE than helpful with my requests for extra towels and pillows for my children! I didn't know they had free wifi and FREE BREAKFAST! They made me feel very welcome. We will be back soon!!

Very clean rooms and great staff! Had to stay for 2 nights due to delayed flight and would happily returned. Newly renovated bathrooms look great while there are many food options near the hotel
