Rebuilt following Hurricane Irene, this oceanfront resort on the Outer Banks boasts a state-of-the-art lodge with year-round suites and sparkling new Cabin accommodations. Overlook the new pool for an expansive deck, where you can grab a bite at the café. The gigantic pool features dual waterslides, a children's area and a section for lap swimmers. With endless sand and surf, the view here is as magnificent as ever! From your campsite, it's just a few steps over the dunes to the Atlantic. Walk the beach for miles or head to Pamlico Sound, a water-sports paradise for beginner and experienced windsurfers. Back at camp, there is a full roster of summer activities provided by recreation specialists the SummerShiners. Enjoy the Big Bouncer, ride the fun train or watch a movie at the outdoor cinema.
