have been taking my cars there for years.  service always friendly, work done well and Vic always looking for ways to help keep costs down.

They were very honest and professional. I am a female who does not know much about cars, but they explained everything they were going to do and made sure I was okay with the work/charges associated, and made sure I understood again before I paid. I called and first made an appointment for an oil change for my car, then it was checked for free because it was overheating every few months. I got my radiator and thermostat replaced, they also fixed a bent I had in the front of my car, and were able to fix my AC by replacing a fuse. The radiator has a lifetime warranty and the mechanics updated me throughout the day to make sure I was okay with the work and price. It was a bit pricey (I ended up paying $690 with tax included), but it was worth it for a job well done and honest customer service. They also have a safe and convenient way for you to drop off your car and keys if their hours do not work for you, you do have to pick up the car while they are open though. I would definitely recommend them.

We have always been treated fairly by Northside.  There have been many times when they have come in under budget.  We would highly recommend them.
