Recently bought my first car and i can say they are amazing! They made sure the car was convenient for me and my budget. They really go out their way for their customers and treat them like family. Their cars are in perfect condition and they will be honest with you with everything you need to know. They don’t try playing around with you or your money like most car deal ships would. i would highly recommend them to anyone because you can’t find dealships like this one

This place of business is horrible. They're very unprofessional and liars. ! Put down 2500 towards a 2013 Dodge Charger in July. They said they will do any and everything possible to get me approved. They connect me to a broker which his name was Jason as I was told. I sat down with Jason in his office at W163 and st nich. They have a personal driver that takes you to this broker which is about 110 years old and drives 2.5 mph. I sat with the broker and signed all the paper work and handed him over 2500. He then asked for another 480. As the weeks go buy and my plates come to the expiration date I still haven't received my original plates for the vehicle. So the big fat guy name ED that sits at the desk all day and eat calls me to tell me that the guy name Jason who the broker they worked with is now in jail for grand larceny and his real name is Julio Estrada he's a fraud and fraud them out of tons of money and the reason he's call me because the vehicle I have I have to give it back ! Now I lost out on a car and my deposit and the man ED was very disrespectful and the only reason he was disrespectful towards me is because I am a woman ! This place is a scam and I want everyone to save your self the hassle lies and time ! Stay away from this place of business.

BE CAREFUL!!!! The staff members will lie to you and tell you anything to get you to buy a car! They can be very unprofessional! Last year, I brought my first car for college It was a Black 2007 Ford Focus. On the bill of sales, one of the guys named Charlie wrote that I paid half of what I gave him because he was giving me a "deal". I didn't think anything of it. Months went by, and I still didn't have my title and I had to keep calling them every month to get a temporary registration. Also, every time I asked about the title, they will tell me that the DMV is taking long with the paperwork, but to not worry because I'm going to get it soon. After 7 months went by, I stopped by to get my registration and asked about the title. As soon as I pulled up, One of the guys told me that Charlie, the guy who sold me the car doesn't no longer work there and they are not able to give me the title and that I had to give them the car back. I was very upset, instead of calling me as soon as possible to tell me that they weren't able to give me the the title, they waited till I call them. I wanted my money back right away, but I had to drive back to college the next day, so I needed a car. Therefore, I had to trade in the 2007 Ford Focus for a 2005 Volkswagen. Although, the outside of the car was nice, it was a 2 door and filthy inside. It wasn't the kind of car that I wanted. Therefore, I made one of the guys named Mike to write on the Bill of sales that when I came back home in 2 months, I am guaranteed a full refund or trade in. In May, I came back home from college and car factory was my first stop. I was going to trade the car in for a 2005 Ford Focus, but you can obviously tell that the car wasn't in good shape, but they still insisted that I get the car. I decided to not get a trade in and demanded a full refund and gave Mike the title and bill of sales. Mike told me that I needed the other bill of sales of the Ford Focus. I told him that he should've told me that I needed to bring the other bill of sales and that I am not going all the way back home to get it. Also, I told him that he should look for the copy of it. His response was "That was a year ago, the copy of that bill of sales is shredded now, I thought that you would have it" He was taking me for a joke and that's when I told him that he's being unprofessional and needed to go look for it! How do you throw away paperwork and it's only been 9 months? He found it and said that Charlie (the salesman that got fired) put on the bill of sales that I paid half of what I paid for and that he pocketed the rest of the money. I was furious!!! However, I was fortunate to receive a full refund. Well, not quite, they told me that I would receive $200 back when I give back my plates, but I just found out that that's not true. It goes by how long I had the plates for, so I only received $63.Why would he lie and tell me that I was going to receive everything for the plates? He could've just been honest. Long story short, TOO MANY LIES & POOR COMMUNICATION with this company. I should've done more research before buying my first car, but I trusted that they would give me great service. It was a learning experience and I have an idea of what to expect when I buy another car from a different company. P.S I asked to trade in the Volks for the white 2007 Pontiac, but they told me they didn't have the title for that. I'm glad they told me because of course they wasn't going to give me another car without the title. I don't understand why they have so many cars without the title. It's because a lot of people trade in their cars without having a title for it. But Car Factory does not care, they will take it and try to sell it to you. Also, the Black 2007 Ford Focus is still there.. Be careful what you buy.
