Leon Samaroo made my experience at New Rochelle Toyota fantastic top to bottom a very classy operation. He knows how to treat people. We actually look forward to purchasing another Toyota  for the family thanks again.

Not a nice place. The finance manager was a little nasty.  Told me his outrageous offer was his final price.  I went to Fordham Toyota,  and they easily beat his price in minutes. I bought a 2017 Corolla for a MUCH better price.  Remember, as a consumer, YOU'RE ALWAYS IN CHARGE!!! Always compare prices from other dealerships.  These guys are terrible.

Today I had my worst experience at a dealer service. I was called for my 3000 miles service. They did the tire rotation and 21 point inspection. Well, my car is a brand new one that does not need a tire rotation at 3000 and what can be wrong with a brand new car. I live in NJ and I spent 1 hour to drive to New Rochelle Toyota. I was scheduled for 12:00 PM. I dropped my car at 12:00 and picked it up at 1:57 PM. I spent 1 more hour to drive back home. This complementary service is absolutely nonsense and the wait time is ridiculous. Let’s keep in mind that this was during a weekday, I can’t imagine how long would this service take at a weekend, maybe 4 hours. They don’t have a car wash service. Nothing special. Don’t waste your time to come to this service. Dealership side is good but the service side sucks.
