Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful service.  From the moment I walked in I was greeted and given a great salesperson.  The salesperson, Julio, was very nice, helpful, and patient as we searched for the vehicle we wanted, even to the point of working after his shift to continue to help us.  The financial manager, Pedro, was just as helpful and communicated everything well while giving me copies of everything I needed to understand the agreement.  He encouraged me to ask questions and was patient as well.  My family and I felt no pressure in the dealership.  If we bought, we bought, if not, we didn't.  We ended up purchasing a great vehicle for a great price.  The atmosphere of the dealership is very comfortable as well.  The other salesmen and workers greeted us, conversed with us and were friendly throughout the time we were there.  I would definitely buy there again and recommend this place to family and friends.

I have been getting my oil changed in New Rochelle for the last 2 years and have been very happy. When I went in for my oil change yesterday I noticed they raised the price $20, which I felt was steep. That bothered me so I continued my day and wound up stopping by Teddy Nissan around 4pm. I got right in. Met my service advisor Krystal. I gave her my info since I'd never been there before. The whole process was quick yet relaxed. She made me feel at home. She introduced me to the service manager Jamie who was also very friendly. After my service was competed Krystal came to notify me. She gave me my invoice and told me I could use new wipers. She also said I still have a little life on my brakes but will need to address on my next visit.  I got the car back in 30 minutes and was on my way. Thankfully it cost me what I usually pay for my oil change. It was a nice first experience and I will most likely go back in 3000 miles when I'm due again.

I was in a bad lease with some over mileage and 7 months on payments left and Brian Resende did an EXCELLENT job of taking care of me. They gave me a great deal on a 2018 Rogue with awesome features for a great price. They went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. All staff there are friendly and very helpful from the minute I walked in. I will be recommending them to anyone I know in search of a new car.

I had a very wonderful experience at this dealership, first and foremost Juan G is a very nice down to earth man. He guided me through each step of buying a new car and gave me many different options and helped me pick the best choice of car that was Affordable for me. He gave me extended time to make a decision and his patience has helped in my decision of going home in 2018 rogue!!! I love my new car thank you soo much I would recommend teddy Nissan to anyone that wants the best guidance in picking their best fit vehicle to go home in!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Teddy Nissan.  Thanks to Franklin and Edward Allen I was Accommodated like never before. These 2 men went above and beyond  and had me in a vehicle and less than two days.  I was dealing with Port Chester Nissan since 2005 and  I thought I was getting the best deal ever after leasing and financing a numerous amount of cars from this location I thought let me just double check and see if I’m getting the best deal well sadly I had to find out that I was not getting professionalism honesty or respect and that is what you will find at Teddy Nissan I promise if you go there you will not be disappointed.  Two thumbs up and I wish I can give these men six stars!
