Last Saturday my husband and I had our Lexus vehicle break down in the parking lot of Potamkin Mitsubishi a half hour before the dealership closed.  When speaking with Jack Schwartz, general manager for the dealership, he offered his experience and assistance any way that he could to get our car towed and to make sure we were safe.  He kept the gates open after hours for the tow truck to be able to enter his parking lot and advised us as to what we should be doing and why.  Without his help, along with his friendly staff, we could have ended up leaving our car in his lot and not been able to have it towed to be repaired.  This would have caused us to extend our stay longer than was possible in the city.  We want to bestow the highest compliments on Jack for his professionalism and ability to show such care and compassion for total strangers that he knew were not in the market for another vehicle purchase.  Anyone lucky enough to cross his path will come to realize quickly that they are in good hands once they have met him.  Once again many thanks to Jack and his staff for helping us in our time of need.  Naomi and Hayes

Potamkin Mitsubishi has a very professional and knowledgeable team beginning with their General Manager Mr. Jack Schwartz. I called Mr. Schwartz directly and got my great pricing on a 2017 Outlander SEL and made an appointment for Saturday afternoon. Upon arrival I was personally greeted by Mr. Schwartz who left me in the hands of Daniel my salesperson who showed me the vehicle and immediately began our paperwork. I arrived at 3:30PM and was out with my new vehicle in about an hour. It took me longer to reach my insurance company to add my new vehicle to my policy. I am very happy with my Outlander and definitely recommend Potamkin for the best pricing and professionalism. Thank you Jack and Dan you guys are the best....

we purchased an out -lander from Potamkin a month ago.Ariel was our salesperson and he was very knowledgeable and attentive.The finance process was very easy and simple.
