The headline: Don't expect a test drive without agreeing to a purchase price with a final offer amount.

My experience started well:

After speaking with a salesman, who seemed very friendly and knowledgeable on the phone, I came in to Beverly Hills Auto Group from NJ during rush hour to drive a car.

I wanted very much to like this place—most reviews online were very positive. It seemed like they knew what they were doing.

My only concern with the vehicle I was looking at was that it was nearly 10 years old and only had 2800 miles on it. That sounds great, right? Except rubber ages, even if the car isn't driven. Not a showstopper by any means, but something that needs to be ascertained. The salesman disagreed with this common car shopping wisdom.

Finally, we get down to it, and the salesman will not let me test drive the car until I make him a "final price" offer. We were within $1500 of an agreed price, but I wasn't going to give him a firm offer until I'd been able to drive the vehicle. Seems reasonable, right? Apparently not at Beverly.

The sad part is, as my wife knows, if I had driven it, I probably would have succumbed to their ask.

I would highly recommend, one of the best customer service with personalized attention. Me and my family was helped by Alex the sales person who is the nicest sale person I have encountered, been to lots of places and never got such attention. They will walk you through the whole process and guide with your best options. Responsible and direct services all the way .

Best dealership I have ever been to. Michael is an excellent salesman. Very helpful and looks to make sure customer is happy. Got the best deal. I been buying cars for ten years and never have I had an experience like Ive had here. Would recommend anyone to buy a car from here you will definitely get your money worth

So I just bought my second BMW from Mike at Beverly Hills Auto. Mike knows how picky I am with my cars and always has the best of the best selection! The M5 I just picked up is literally in immaculate condition!! I only trust Mike picking out my cars because he has an expert eye when it comes to luxury autos. Plus his finance rate was better than any other quotes I received! I HIGHLY recommend Beverly Hills Auto !
