My son bought a 2015 GMC Sierra Denali that is a really nice truck, but there was no owners manual in it and the owner said they would get us one, but never followed through. They said they had to borrow it for another truck. Seems a little shady.

My husband and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the Car Guys. We needed a car and Randy and Bryan took us through the process with the utmost patience and found the perfect car for us. We never once felt pressured or anxious about what can feel like an overwhelming experience--buying a new car! We will be back for all of our car needs!

How do they stay in business?

Their sales people are great, very friendly and knowledgeable. But their cars are not priced to sell. I was looking at a few SUVs and drove by daily seeing them sit on their lot. Months went by before I finally saw one or two of them sell. When I asked them about a certain model they would not budge on price saying that, "We don't play price games, we sell at a fair price." 

If someone with real sales and marketing experience came in, I could only imagine how much profit they could turn out! Grow the business, and even expand to new territories. Oh well that's neither here nor there.
