Original Review (Posted in Jun 2013) My husband and I recently bought a 2010 Fusion Hybrid at Ken Garff Ford and we were very happy with our experience there. We had shopped around at some other dealers beforehand and had been pressured by salesmen there. We loved that both Justin and Kenny were respectful and didn't pressure us at all. They seemed to genuinely care that we got a car that fit our needs and didn't want us to be unhappy with our decision. They even let us take the car we were test driving home for a day to try it out in our normal routine. I would definitely recommend shopping for a car there.

UPDATE (March 2018) My husband and I went back to Ken Garff a year ago when we were looking for a van to fit our expanding family. Or experience was completely different. None of the sales people were the same, and we didn't find the new people to be as competent. There was a lot of pressure to buy a brand new car instead of the used cars we were looking at. They no longer had fixed "no haggle" pricing, and we felt that the sales manager did not give us a fair price on the car we were looking at, nor on the car we were trading in. We ended up going somewhere else that gave us $1500 more on our trade in and a much better deal on the car as well.

So I did not have a great experience buy a car at Ken Garff Ford however do to the great customer service by Brittany (brand advocacy)  and Cliff (general manager) I have to say I truly believe my experience was a fluke. After having a bad experience I wrote a review stating why I was disappointed and felt that I was not treated very well. The next day after writing the review Brittany (brand advocacy) and apologized for my experience and asked if I would be fine if the general manager called me. I truly didn't expect that genuine concern that Cliff Willits had towards my review and he wanted to make it right for me.  I have never experienced better customer service in my life and without even asking for anything Cliff made the problem right. It is truly great to know that there are people that take as much pride in their work and Cliff and Brittany. There is no doubt in my mind that my experience was a fluke and I would highly recommend giving Ken Garff Ford a try, I know that I will for my next vehicle. Thanks Cliff and Brittany!

My wife and I went to a lot of different dealerships. So you can imagine that we didn't want to go to another one. But we decided to go to Ken Garff Ford. The service was amazing, John, helped us find the car we were looking for. He was very patient with us and our kids.  And was not pushy at all. Which was really nice. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a car.

I was absolutely impressed. Buying a vehicle was actually a pleasant experience. I wasn't pushed into anything, no haggling on price. I told them what I could do and they were able to meet my needs. All of the staff were polite and a pleasure to interact with. I would recommend them to anyone!

I can't say enough about my beautiful experience buying a new car from Kevin Ford at Ken Garff Ford in American Fork. This dealer advertises that they're different and they listen to you, but I never expected the personal caring attention that Kevin gave us. I was ready to put down a deposit on the evening I called. But Kevin didn't feel right about me putting down money on a car I hadn't driven. He took the time to work with me from all the way up in Logan so that I could drive the car myself and make sure it was right for me. He didn't just want to sell me a car. He wanted me to feel absolutely confident that this was the perfect car for me. He took all the time I needed showing me everything on the car I had a question about, yet for the test drive he let us go alone without him. He never rushed us, and he never pressured us to make a decision about the car. He offered accurate information about how we could take the next step each time we asked. He kept no sales wall between us. He is so down to earth and really let us know who he is. We even got to meet his son. He is truly more of a consultant rather than a salesperson. I felt like I was talking to an older brother or an uncle or my dad. The car and the the sale were everything they promised and some additional things that I didn't even realize we were getting. And Kevin made the process so easy for us. I've been looking for this exact model of car for over two years. I have spoken with dealerships and sales people all over the country. I am absolutely floored by the Integrity, kindness, and down to earth good nature of these folks. All my thanks to especially Kevin. I give my highest recommendation for Kevin and Ken Garff Ford.
