Really nice honest guys. I’ve never had any major work done here, just maintenance, but every time they are quick friendly and have a fair price. They never try to sell you stuff you don’t need or shove “better options” down your throat. As long as I live in Utah County I’m going to take my car to these guys.

At first I was impressed. The staff members were so willing to work with our unique situation which involved trading two cars in for one to consolidate debt. But 2-3 months later when they STILL hadn’t sent the loan paperwork off and we were left on the hook to pay the car payments and CPI for a car we didn’t own anymore, I changed my view. This dealership is really good to work with upfront, but they need some help on follow-through. I won’t be buying future cars from this dealership, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Oh man. I can't tell you how much I love this place. They do a great job. Costumer service isn't there coming right out the door. But if you go right in the door and "help yourself", there's usually always someone to talk to who is able and willing to help. I don't have a problem with that, but honestly even if you do there is no better car service place than this around. We have a Honda van, and I know everyone says that the Honda dealer may "know the best" with some things but honestly I do NOT agree!! And they charge you an ARM AND A LEG!! I just remember going and every time 300-400$ dollars later there was hardly ANY change to my car, and it took like all day! I had my Honda van worked on a couple times at a Honda dealership, and one of the problems was my automatic door had trouble opening. They charged me to "oil" the door like 50-60$. And told me it most likely needed a new motors for the doors, like 400$ total! We decided not to do that. It worked a couple of times but then didn't work after that. Pretty much the same. I was so unhappy with the Honda dealership because they were so expensive and didn't do hardly anything! I was done. I decided to give Utah Car Pro service department a try from an add in the mail. It took me a while to find someone without having set an appointment that first day, cause they were all at lunch, but they were so nice! They fixed a bigger issue on my car, CLEANED out the bearing or slider or whatever it is in the door, and oiled it as well. It works so smoothly and wonderfully ever since!!!!!!!! Never had a problem!! And the guy did the door cleaning free of charge!! They were done when I needed them to be done, and they just want to help you and give you quality work!!! That's what I have to say about this service department at Utah Car Pros in AF. Why, today I went in to have it checked because my husband told me it was leaking oil and to please take it in, I did, they took it in checked it. The oil drain plug was loose, they tightened it free of charge within like 30 min!!!! Now that's not a huge fix, but anywhere else I swear would have charged at least 30-50$ to at least take it in and have somebody look at it. These guys didn't charge me a penny!!! These guys are nice, and they actually take time to LOOK at your car and do a thorough job, are EXTREMELY reasonably priced, and I just love talking to them because they are nice and actually want to find out what's wrong with your car, not just get a paycheck!! Love these guys. I've been there 5+ times and everytime I go I am much more satisfied than with anywhere else. I will always be going to them from now on.

These guys are amazing. We initially had an issue that the staff and the owner went above and beyond to address and resolve. I was really surprised by the level of honesty and care we experienced with these guys. We will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Great people. Very willing to work with you. We were in a jam and they lent us a car until we could figure something out. Will definitely use them again
