I have had many experiences with Low Book of Lindon, all of which have been positive! I have 6 cars that they now help me manage and keep current on servicing and repairs! They are always friendly and helpful! My repairs are done quickly and completely. I trust their service and work! When I have a car problem the service managers do a great job and  Listen to my explanations and are able to service my vehicles in a very timely manor and get the vehicle and myself back on the road. I appreciate the friendly  service and consideration they offer!!

Fantastic experience! These guys were so awesome! They’re so understanding that my husband is currently not home and helped us buy a car with him thousands miles away! I told them I had a terrible experience at car max and they listened to my concerns and pointed me in the right direction. I told them what I was looking for and they didn’t try and send me to a car I didn’t like or a price range that was out of my range. They’re honest and straight forward! Pricing was fair! Just all around awesome customer service! Definitely Recommend these guys.

Can’t say enough good about our experience. A friend referred us here and I see why now. They were patient while we test drove different cars and discussed financing options. Very professional, very courteous. Get Tim Slaymaker to help you out if you can. He was amazing for us. Great people. We’ll be back for our next car as well.

My boyfriend bought a car on a Saturday and was told he could change his mind with in 5 days. He returned it Monday with what seemed like no problem and then was notified that he had to pay a $100 "redetail" fee and for the miles he drove... for starters... it was pouring rain the day he bought so any detailing that was done to it before we drove it off the lot was a waste....at no point when he was purchasing the car was it mentioned that he would be charged for changing his mind... I'm sorry do you charge people to test drive the cars too? That puts miles on a car... He was given a $25 gas cars which he used to put gas in the car... I wanted to understand where this fee was explained or put in writing... so I called and was treated quite poorly. I was kind and didn't make a scene and wasn't disrespectful, but the same could not be said for the female receptionist who answered. She was rushed to get off the phone...

They did an awesome job at getting me into the car I wanted at a super reasonable price! The salesman (Tim) was super friendly and easy to work with. He was just as motivated to get me the car I wanted as I was. They also gave me a really fair price for my trade-in. I’ll definitely be coming back for future car purchases.
