Went in to get a stereo installed in my truck and was out with everything installed in about 45 minutes. Helpful staff too, they knew what they were talking about. No installation appointment needed since it was apparently a slow day at the time, maybe I just got lucky. But overall a good experience.

They installed a new sound system in my car with no hassle. I even came in one day out of the blue to get some of the settings adjusted and they did with no extra charge. I plan on coming back to get better speakers installed.

Well advised, helpful, answers all my dumb questions, has resources available when he can't. Reasonably priced. Not the big box screw you service we've all been forced to accept. Doesn't try to sell anything you don't want.... Very straightforward and honest service,which is something nostalgic from the past we all forgot about.

I used to buy all my gear from Car Stereo Plus back in the mid 90's. I went in to talk about some wiring needs and got the worst service (if you call it that). I felt like I was about an inch tall after the sales guy in khaki shorts and plaid Dilbert shirt basically told me to take a hike. I can't believe a shop like this is able to stay open with service like that. If you are considering these guys, stay away. I'm certain that even Best Buy would be better than these guys. Oh, and I can account for my brother in law's car install being pretty bad by these amateurs.
