First day got my laptop back, 
So far I'm satisfy with the service and happy that  my laptop back to normal function with even better system than before .

I brought my laptop in and got Jonathan help right away:
I got my Laptop fixed within 2 weeks with problems as : HDD and processor failures,....

To make it easier for you who not sure about their tech stuff ,
The step went down like bring your kid/pet to a local clinic/vet/doctor:
_ Check in your kid/pet = Diagnose my laptop ( left it in their office so they can test every part of it)
_ Go home waiting for doctor result of the examination = Go home wonder if your computer is in good hand
_ Few days later / or(for my case, it was next day) you will receive a call of what went wrong how they can help you .
( So I feel like they were consulting me with every step of the way , and decision is all up to me, so no hassle)
_  1 or 2 phone calls received, I made the decision after asked for advised and prices and then gave them a Yes to go on and fix it/ replace it with broken parts.
_About 3-5 days later I got a call  and come to test out my Laptop and bring it home with 30 days warranty.
They also added some free software to help my laptop along the way .

 Conclusion:
As a person who know my tech and stuff I have been always fix my own computer/laptops, 
They know what they are doing and quick to fix and find the problem.
I have to be patient and they were Helpful, Friendly, all Question i have in mind about my laptop Answered, Straight Forward, Problem Solved,  Quick and Simple, Great Service and Kept me Updated.

For my case, they saved me $ for fixed my old laptop to work great again rather than I have to go and spend
thousand on new laptop with almost the same system.

After my kid got impatient and interrupted a scheduled check disk at boot, I wasn't able to get into repair or get into Windows at all. After unsuccessfully trying windows rescue and repair disk to no avail, I finally pulled out $20 and bought some "Guaranteed fix" from a company called Easy Recovery Essentials. After that didn't work, I decided to head down and see these guys. Had I only just gone there sooner, I would've saved the $20 and about 6 hours trying to fix it my darn self. They were quick and professional and at a VERY fair price. They even dusted me off by taking it all apart and getting the dust out, definitely go see them FIRST!

They will not take cables and other computer accessory for recycle. you have to pay for it. It will be good if they mention this in their website. Other than that they recycle computers etc. Call them first before you take your recyclable materials.

Great local Electronics Recycling and Computer Repair option in Bothell!  TV's and Computers are free to recycle.  The Staff is kind and helpful! Thank you PC Recycle and Repair.
