Bill and the team from Carbone Toyota helped me when indicator lights suddenly went off on my dashboard. They diagnosed the issue and were able to determine I could drive the car safely. Being from Massachusetts it was very helpful to have them nearby, willing and able to help us get back home!

We recently purchased a 2018 Toyota Highlander. Jason was our sales representative we worked with. He was professional, caring, and listened to what we wanted and found it for us. He spent time with phone calls and answering our questions, never making us feel like we were a nuisance or taking up his time. Aiden was also very helpful when it came time to finish the paperwork part of the sale. We are looking forward to our experience with Carbone Toyota.

Reasonable price -- although took longer than anticipated (both days I was there in a row) and wasn't notified how much longer it would take once it was past the time when the work (oil change, brake pads) was supposed to be done -- a bit frustrating when I had other appointments I was supposed to be at when my car was still in the shop, but overall a very lovely group of people who care about you an your car, are willing to explain everything that's going on, etc.

My experiences at Carbone's are always good, whether on the Honda or the Toyota side. Your service staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly, and the waiting area is comfortable, whether in the cushy chairs or at the computer counter. Besides, I love the coffee! - Where did all the outdoor benches go though? I needed to make a phone call in the relative privacy of the outdoors. The weather was warm and inviting, but not one single solitary bench! I ended up sitting down on the curb. Had I found even one bench my rating would have been 5 stars.

Was very disappointed... Did not like new service writer.{ rather condescending } They claimed I had issues but discovered I do not. Did not show me issues. Was an hour over what they told me it would take for service. Wrote detailed email to GM and never heard a thing. I used to love going to Carbone. Now, I don't trust it. Very sad...
