Dealing with the issue's for your vehicle, they are a joke. Bought my car 2 months ago from them, still have issue's. I will never buy a car from them again. Be smart go to a better dealership.

I dealt with Jason from sales he was very professional when I was looking for a used vehicle he got me into a beautiful Subaru Impreza and I love my car. Nemer worked hard to get me this car at the right price. The car has been fantastic to me and I couldn't say better things about Nemer very professional and great service and prices. I know where I'm doing by business next time I'm looking for a car!! Thanks again!

Got my car in quickly and completed the work within one afternoon. Friendly staff. Nice waiting room if you are waiting there while work is being done.

Of all the service centers I have brought my cars, this is by far the worst. It can't even be labeled as the actual repair was bad. The people who work there to keep it running are incompetent. It takes 3 minutes to call the customer to let them know that the part is in or the car is ready. I had to call each time to find out any information on the car. The first time I went there - a mechanic came out and started yelling at me because my alarm was going off. Think about it - maybe that could be the reason I am at the shop in the first place. I will never bring my car back. This was not a one time occurence - it has happened three times so far. Take your vehicle an extra 20 minutes out of your way and you can be treated appropraitely. Follow-up - I contacted the main Nemer branch about this. They said that they will make everything right with me, yet never contacted me again. As for all the "perks" that others might mention - EVERY dealer has the same exact thing. You want good/friendly service and you WON'T get that at this dealership.
