These people habitually take advantage of people. It appears, that almost, if not every car, has major mechanical issues that the dealer somehow rigs so the potential customer doesn't catch the problem until it's driven off the lot. It takes anywhere from 1 to 5 days before the vehicle suffers major mechanical problems, resulting in a broken down vehicle with the dealership refusing to pay for repairs even though they promise to cover it. You have seven days (supposedly) to return the car. But what if the car is in the shop, repairing the mechanical issues the dealer knows about? What about their promise to take the car back, give a full refund, and pay for those repairs? Oh yeah, ha! They systematically take advantage of consumers and this appears to be their business model. Colorado Attorney General's office, please shut this deceptive business practice down. Thank you.

Super friendly and very helpful. Jeannine is amazing as were all the ladies in the office. Highly recommend carhop it was a great experience.

Be very wary buying from carhop. I was sold a car with a missing front drive shaft, a wrecked oil pan, and so many leaks. They refuse to acknowledge that they put my and my familys life in danger. They are making me pay 75 dollars without a guarantee it will even be fixed!!! I do not recommend. I got stuck in this prediciment but this is beyond ridiculous.

Don't trust this company to buy a car. My daughter was hoping to get a vehicle with them. They been harassing her for over a month to come down and get a vehicle. She was very adamant about the type of vehicle she wanted, they told her she was approved. Today she goes there..over a 2 hour drive one way, and they told her she didnt qualify for the vehicle they have been telling her she was qualified to purchase. Buyers BEWARE
