Recently while on a trip, our check engine light came on.  I contacted Phil Long Ford in Colorado Springs and was told they were to busy and couldn't get me in until the end of the month.  I then contacted Spradley Ford and spoke to Kendall in the Service Department.  Kendall immediately said they would get me in so I could get back on the road as quickly as possible.  I can't say enough about the professionalism, courteousness  of Spradley Ford and the service department.  They diagnosed the issue, ordered the necessary  parts and  put them in and we were back on the road by mid day the following day.  I would highly recommend Spradley Ford and their wonderful Service Department.  I wouldn't hesitate to take my vehicle to them again.

Had a wonderful experience with Hector Verdin when we purchased 2 vehicles from Spradley. Hector is knowledgeable and professional. He understood what we wanted and did everything possible to accommodate us. He took the stress out of purchasing the vehicles. We very much appreciate all of the effort Hector dedicated to meeting our needs with such a great customer service attitude! Dutch was awesome as well helping us with the financing paperwork. Will return to Hector when we are in the market for another vehicle. Thank you Hector for making everything such a pleasant experience.

We have always relied on Spradley for our car buying needs. Recently we traded in our F150 and Elantra for a Lincoln MKC. Ryan Quintana always takes really good care of us and we can rely on him to answer all our questions honestly. He always takes his time to ensure we are happy with our purchases. He is definitely your go-to guy for the best deal. We drive down from the Springs because Spradley is the only dealership we trust!

Ryan Quintana and Dutch Harris are 5 star performers at Spradley Ford! My wife and I hoped for a good car buying experience but we got a great car buying experience. Ryan let us take our time, he was not pushy, and is very educated with the Ford Products. He explained and demonstrated all of the features  Dutch made the financial contract signing a breeze. We felt like we were with good friends. Request them for your next vehicle purchase.

Ryan was working so hard to get us a reliable car. The hoops he had to jump through would have sent me to the crazy house. We do very much appreciate all the guys did to earn our business. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
