I am giving a score of 5 out of 5 because Spradley Chevrolet Hyundai provided me outstanding service. I was looking to find the perfect vehicle within my budget to fit my family of six because I just had a baby and my 2010 Chevy Malibu (awesome vehicle) just wasn't the right size. John Fillmore (Sales Floor Manager) went out of the way to make sure I had the right vehicle. I at first wanted a Hyundai Santa Fe, but realized a 2017 Chevrolet Traverse was the ride for me (I'm a Chevy girl). Josh Borjan (Sales Consultant) was a joy to deal with and made the purchasing process extremely simple while maximizing the value in my purchase. I would recommend Josh to anyone who is purchasing a vehicle. The financing process went smoothly with Jed (Finance Manager) who was fast and efficient while being a joy to deal with. I just want to extend a huge thanks to everyone at this dealership who made this process extremely easy for both my family and I. On a side note, I live in northern Colorado and took the extra trip just to deal with Spradley Chevrolet Hyundai.

My experience at Spradley was great!! Steve Salazar sold my husband and I great vehicles! He was friendly and extremely helpful but most importantly he was honest. He didn’t try to sell us just any car he took the time to walk the lot with us and wait until we found cars we each liked. I have recommended Spradley to friends and family. I tell all of them to request Steve because he is a great salesman!

Hey there guys and sales reps at Spradley Hyundai of Pueblo, my name is Chad Johnson I'm sorry I do not know your names do not realize I would be taking a survey right now. I'm the husband and father of two special ladies in my life that you took care of this weekend and just this last weekend. I really wanted to thank you for helping me out I couldn't be there and being able to take care of them. I apologize for the ones that had to talk to her brother I know how that is I wasn't for sure if they would pull that card, hahaha, they sure trained them well then military boys huh, just joking around I'm very thankful and very very grateful of every veteran I very much appreciate my freedom.🙏 so anyhow both girls are still very ecstatic. My wife life has truly never been so good this year was blessed and my daughter turning 18 getting ready to go out into the world the thanks again for a good deal great service and putting two smiles on my girl's faces. I want to give Steve Salazar and Aaron Terlep a 5 star rating and a big THANK YOU!! It's been just over a year since I have purchased my vehicle. My situation wasn't the greatest when I came to them for a car and they were very helpful, friendly, informative and not pushy at all! I still love my car and any time I have a question or concern they are just a phone call away and ready and willing to help in any way possible. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone in search of a new or used vehicle. The service was phenomenal! Thank you again guys for helping me in such a pinch!!

Service is spotty. Caught one tech who claimed he rotated my tires even though we were watching the whole time. Last service 2 weeks ago I asked if my brakes were checked and I was told they were good. They are vibrating when I break now. Had a 90k mile service they were very good with only doing what was needed since I had had some of the services previously. The technician who changed the cabin air filter didn't bother to check his work because there was leaves that got in during the servicing which caused the fan to vibrate. Good thing I didn't leave yet.
