I bought my 2018 Challenger T/A 392 not only did i get an amazing price I also got a great value on my trade. I haven't had any issues with Pueblo Dodge like others that I have read on here. And don't see any issues in the future Ben was a great salesman and allowed me to take a real test drive unlike Colorado Springs Dodge or Perkins Motors.

We bought new 2017 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership last December. And signed up for the Jeep wave program which gives you 4 free oil changes, and tire rotation for 2 yrs. Upon calling Pueblo Dodge for our first service we were told they would only do a 4 tire rotation for free, and that we would have to pay extra to rotate the rear mounted spare tire, ( a 5 tire rotation is what Jeep Wrangler would normally get ). So I called another Jeep dealership in our town, and told them we belonged to the Jeep Wave program, and they said they would do the oil change, and do 5 tire rotation at no extra charge even though we did not buy the vehicle from them. We now just added a backup camera, (as you could not get the option in 2017 on a Jeep Wrangler ), and needed a “ flash program” done for the vehicle to acknowledge the new camera. This takes about 5 to 10 minutes to perform through the diagnostic port with no parts needed.  Called Pueblo Dodge for this service to be done since we bought the Jeep from them. At first I was told it would be $120, some finagling I  got them to $75. (Mike with the service department) I just called another Jeep dealership, and they said they would do it for the $75. as well. So, buying a vehicle from Pueblo Dodge has absolutely no merit when you need service. I’ll not buy from these guys again, and I will be going to go to the other dealership who has treated me as a perspective new customer...

We have purchased multiple  cars/ trucks  from Pueblo Dodge  most recently a 300 c and ram 1500 every one of them from Ken Chavez . Ken and Pueblo Dodge has been great and bent over backwards to get us what we want/need at a price we could afford. Also have had great service from there service Department as well. Cant say  enough good things about Pueblo Dodge and Especially Ken Chavez So if your looking for a Great car and even better sales person go see Ken Chavez at Pueblo Dodge !!

If your going to buy a Cummins save your self the hassle and just head to Denver or springs. They won't honor the internet price. The sales man can't retain a conversation consisting of price point, color and options. They offer you a mythical truck that they can't locate. Will constantly keep trying to steer you away from the truck you want to one with a better margin. They even go threw the trouble of putting together a VIP folder and spell your name wrong. This would of been my 3rd ram. The other 2 I bought in Denver. Hard to support local guys when they are shady. Now I understand why only 3 stars service. I may just break the loyalty and just get a Ford. Seems I get a better deal from them anyways.

I dealt with Brian Martinez. This was by far the best and easiest pickup deal I've ever made. Brian is a man of his word and doesn't give you the runaround.
