Such a great place, plan on getting another car from them in a year. All their vehicles are in great condition. It was my husband and my first time buying a car and Irma Ortiz was really helpful, she even helped us get set up with an insurance company and helped us get set up with the best deal. I highly recommend them especially Irma!!

I went in to Mercado’s in January to discuss my recently deceased fathers account. I discussed picking up the payments and having the title put under my name. A manager was called over to the area I was at and confirmed that I can take over payments and the title would be put in my name. She assured me that it wouldn’t be an issue when the car was paid off. The manager let me know that I would have to pick up the title once the car is paid off. She even made a copy of my drivers license and had me sign a document stating the title would go to me. I left the business feeling reassured and positive about my experience. Fast forward to March. I called to get the payoff amount and make them aware that I would be flying into Colorado and to have to the title ready for pickup as I would be traveling back to Arizona with the car the next day.  The person who answered the phone stated that the manager would have to call me back regarding the title. Yvette called me letting me know that without a POA the title wouldn’t be placed in my name. (How in the hell am I supposed to get a POA since my dad has passed?!?!)  I asked her to research a way to remedy the situation because I was initially told something different from another manager. She called me the next day to tell me that I would need to get a POA from a lawyer to have the title put in my name. I asked if their company was going to pay for those fees since they misinformed me. She stated “no, they are doing me a favor by letting me keep the car.”  Mind you- a car I don’t need. I was trying to do the responsible thing by paying for it since my dad passed away. Yvette has the worst attitude and knows they misinformed me and are not trying to remedy the situation.
