These folks were life savers for us.  My mom recently passed away in California and my brother & I both live a ways away.  Once I recovered from the initial shock of losing her, I looked at all the things that she had collected over the years and was frankly a little overwhelmed by it all. I didn't want to toss all the things that she cherished so, but I only had so much time to be down there going through it all, and we had to be out of her 2br unit in 30 days.  Honestly, what Dawn presented sounded too good to be true,  and with the auction format I felt at least some of my Mom's nice collectibles would be going to folks that appreciated them.
Also Mom lived in a gated community that does not allow "open to the public" sales, so anything other than the online auction approach would have meant that everything would have been moved elsewhere to be sold.

Not only did CT put together and run the auction for the items, they cleaned up the unit when they were done, and turned the key over to management on time - as promised.   I was a little skeptical that it would all work out in the timeline they had given us, but it did, and we couldn't be happier.  

If you are faced with a similar situation, I would highly recommend that you contact this group.  I'm not sure what we'd have done without them.
