Very professional, courteous, and listened to what MY needs were. I didn't feel hassled. No one shoved ANYTHING on us. In fact when i found MY car, which is true to what was desired even down to the price point, I didn't get annoying calls pushing a sale. I was searching for a reliable first car for my son. After finding some not so great cars in other areas, my mom and I went to Carmart. David was a superb salesman. He was down to earth, very trusting and made the process super smooth. I couldn't be more pleased with the way things were done and the car we purchased. Happy customer and would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I just purchased my Lexus IS 250C from this dealership, with the help of 2 wonderful owners, David & Sam. Let me just say that I have never purchased a car from a used car dealership before because of many negative comments that I've heard about doing so. Well, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, willingness to help, and honesty of Carmart LLC, and would recommend them to my friends and family, or anyone interested in the purchase of a quality used car. I must also mention Maze, who patiently demonstrated the use of all the features in the car, and spent a lot of time setting up my cell phone. Thank you to Carmart for a pleasant car buying experience.

I have to say, these guy at Cart mart are GREAT!!! I have purchased a lot of vehicles from different places and cities. I am located in Houston, TX. right now and I flew to Tampa to get this truck. Jeff and the staff were friendly from day 1. Not asking me all the sales questions, trying to get my number and shopping me. Instead, they told me everything about the truck and even sent me more pictures (the good and bad). They didn't pressure me even when I flew down. Pick me up from the airport, fed me a Cuban sandwich, my 1st, and showed genuine concern and support. We noticed a few problems with the truck and they had no problem addressing and taking care of them. It makes you feel good when you go to purchase a car and the sales people are not pushy and doing everything you can to make your experience the best. All of their cars were in excellent condition and clean. I would definitely fly back to them and purchase another vehicle.

My experience with Carmart has been superb! I got a '14 Mini Cooper for 2k under the KBB value and they helped me with everything from approving me for the loan to renewing my tags 2 months later. Can't recommend these guys enough, way friendlier than any buy here/pay here lot and more down to earth than stuffy dealerships. Thanks again Carmart!
