Worst place ever !! Wouldn’t recommend for anyone to go here it’s all a scam. I purchased a car here and i had to take it back at least 3 times within the first month due to car problems. I ended up spending over $600 to get work done to a brand new car smh. After working on my car for 2 days, they had to get a part from Lakeland to complete all of the work.When I picked up my car the next evening the mechanics who were working on my car completely adjusted everything in my car including the bass on the radio, They used all of the gas in my tank and not to mention my mileage was much higher than what I had left it on.They left food and condiments from zaxbys (which I’ve never eaten) in my car, the mechanics used all of my gas in the car, left it a complete mess. I complained to the store manager DEXTER who said that “it was completely normal for the mechanics to take the car on a test drive to make sure it works, they just used my car to get their lunch it’s no big deal”. It is a big deal when the nearest zaxbys from the dealership is over 30 mins away. He offered to clean and detail my car and fill it up with gas but that’s after I complained. They also used my car to drive to Lakeland to get the part which is why my mileage was so high when I got it back.

Dont waste your tax checks at this place they will sale you empty promises and rob you blind dont get sucked into all these fake reviews on here they fill ur gas tank up for people to put good reviews on here for them ive had two cars from this place 1st one electric problems 2nd transmission problem and they are very unprofessional take ur money some place else

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Wheel City Auto Tampa! I am a 2 time customer and love coming and making my payments because Stephanie and Ron's customer service are off the charts! I am a server myself and have been for about 15 years; I say this because I know what GREAT customer service skills are(I am a certified trainer at my job) and they both definitely have them! They are both so personable, but always still professional and made and make the process from first buying the car(s) to everything after, so easy! *Dexter and John are PHENOMENAL AS WELL*THANK YOU STEPHANIE AND RON FOR BEING SO AMAZING*

This is the place to go for great customer service! Ron and Stephanie were excellent! They went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with our purchase! They're the best!

Great, very perfesonal. Lot and store was so clean and neat one of the nicest buy here pay here I have been to. Ron and Stephanie were a great team and so helpful
