I just purchased my first BMW and had a great experience at Reeves. Otis Coles was very professional and knowledgeable and helped guide me through the process effortlessly. I am very happy with my overall experience there and would highly recommend Otis if you are interested in shopping at Reeves. He will make sure you are well taken care of and all your questions answered. Chase was great as well and did not pressure me into purchasing additional options that were not appropriate for me. Very please with customer service and quality!

The best car buying experience of all.  Scott Roderick was professional and low pressure.  Answered all questions regarding the vehicle and was quick to process my offer and trade-in.  Great responsiveness and easy dealing.  Would highly recommend Reeves as a source of good service and deals.

Got two cars from Reeves, Maserati and Audi.
Maserati customer service was poor initially but after moving to new building they stepped up, however the service department is slow to answer calls and difficult to get in touch 
Audi department is amazing. Great facility, beautiful showroom and amazing people that work there. Did not preform any service there yet but showroom customer service is terrific

Extremely personable without the high pressure sales pitch. Drove from Tallahassee to get my new X5 and I LOVE it. Dawn, my advisor was wonderful as was Chase (finance manager) and Alex (Genius). Will definitely be back and recommending friends and family. Also, the prices are pretty darn good as well.
