They treated me like I committed a crime. Plus they made me wait for over an hour. They ask me if I ever knowingly transported manufactured illegal substances or have witnessed other people using or transporting or manufacturing Of illegal narcotics or drugs or was I ever arrested. They said if I’m lying they will find out.🤨Yeah this was for a job interview. This is one company I would not recommend for anybody who is honest and decent and respectable to even consider thinking about working for. In regards to my integrity for the record I hold a Q- Clearance, and I have no criminal record.

Daniel was awesome !! ...  For the most part my husband and I hate car buying, however daniel made us feel comfortable. He's very personable and fun.  Overall,  he did an exceptional job!  We will definitely be recommending our friends and family to him! Thanks D!

Yolanda was the best salesperson I have ever been in contact with. I work in customer service so I understand how draining it can be, but she is an absolute rock star. She kept my car on hold, just until I could afford it. She was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what she was doing. It was delightful having someone so genuinely nice helping me. I walked out with my 2012 cruze and I could not be happier. Carmax was the easiest car buying I have ever experienced. Be sure to get that extended warranty---it is worth it!

Cathy was amazing. My first time buying a car on my own, and she made it really straightforward and simple. I got through the whole process and drove off in my new (but pre owned) Dodge Dart. Thanks again guys. You are the best!

This is the best place to buy a car!! Abbe  is the greatest car salesperson. There is no pressure to buy, but lots of help to facilitate the process. This is our second purchase through CarMax and we couldn't be happier!! I highly recommend them to all my friends and family!!
