Stay away from a man named Carlos who is some sort of manager and Buys cars he wears an all white long sleeve shirt. The guy looks like he came right from the penitentiary.Horrible customer service rushing me and acting very, very rude. I don't know who hired this man, but someone must of done a phone interview with no show to hire someone like that. Big bosses should review this guy he's not someone I would trust buying a car from or selling/trading my car. I'm being honest as long as he's working there I won't ever step foot at that dealership he looks like a gangster and with that messed up attitude huge liability. Tough guy attitude never lasts matter of time he's going to set the tone wrong to the wrong person.

Where to begin with this place? I'll preface this review by stating that I purchased three separate cars in a three year period from this place. So why the one star? Let's start with sales, since most of us go to dealerships to buy a car. Every single car has a "market area adjustment" line (or something along those lines) in the cost of their cars, ranging from $2k to $8k. I haven't found this item in any other dealership. I'm sure they'll have a reason why they have this, but do yourself a favor and compare prices with other dealerships in the valley. And if you're looking for service for your car, I would recommend looking elsewhere. After bringing my car in for recall work, the service rep told me that one of my belts was cracking and that my transmission fluid was black. He then used scare tactics to try and get me to spend an extra $750+ by telling me how a different customer was in a similar situation and their transmission blew out, resulting in $4k+ worth of work.. I had a second opinion and wouldn't you know it, the belts are fine and the transmission fluid was red, which didn't come as a surprise since I had the 60k service done elsewhere. It's plain to see that the mechanic lied to the rep or the rep lied to me. Either way, I was lied to and tried to be taken advantage of. Most of us don't enjoy it when people do that. Their customer service is nice enough. They are polite and know how to speak to customers, but that's not enough to warrant a rating higher than one out of five stars. Shame on this business' service standards and unethical behavior.

This is the BEST OF THE BEST as far as car lots go. If your looking for a Hyundai or just a great deal this is the place to get your next car. They have new used certified used. Great cars and cheaper then anyone else's prices

A light had been on my vehicle for 2+ years that indicated a airbag malfunction. I had questioned prior service centers both Hyundai branded and non Hyundai ones about it. They said it was a computer error and not to worry. At this visit your team called me and informed that in fact due to that malfunction my airbags are not functional. Thankfully this error was covered under an extended warranty and they were able to repair the issue. Thanks to the team at this location I am now driving a safe vehicle again. Thankfully nothing went wrong in the past years that would have required the air bags, but it's scary to know that if it had I might not be around to have it fixed now. Huge thank you to this team! You're amazing and I'll definitely be back!!

This my third car from Henderson Hyundai, and my last. I was once loved coming to this dealership that offered me free oil changes for life of the vehicle, was now taken away, because I refuse to pay overcharging of their $300.00 filter change price, they decided to take away my oil changes away. I promise I will tell everyone one I know about my last purchase. For me in this time of my life, integrity, and honesty get my business.
