I'm writing this review while my purchase process is still pending.  Due to extremely challenging credit issues, currently 20 months into a 36 month chapter 13 bankruptcy.  Many dealers talk you up saying they can help, but when they run your credit it's "sorry can't help you". Ford Country was able to get a bank to accept us. Not only that but they know how the process works. You must get court approval before you can be locked into new debt. They knew that, and was willing to put my chosen car in back pending court approval. The process was less painful than I would have thought. They were flexible with my down payment, and allowed me to qualify with the car I wanted and didn't push me into some car I didn't want just to make a sale. I will return to the dealer in a couple of weeks once I get the approval.

Robert Lumley  is our sales person, and I found he is very knowledgeable and friendly. No sales pressure , just let us decide what we wanted and he took care to give us the details on how to operate and use the many computer details on the dash of the truck. This is our first Ford truck and we love it.

Almost 3 hours for "quick lane" oil change. They tried to upsell unnecessary work (transmission flush) telling me my transmission fluid was dirty. It was flushed 18 months and 15k miles ago. I complained about how long the wait was and got a smile and  and that was it.  I told them that to keep me as a customer they needed to do something and asked for the oil change to be comped. They did that. Service advisor started oil change himself. I was told that they had a lot of brake jobs that caused the back up. What is the purpose of having a quick oil change service if the same  mechanics are also doing major work on other vehicles. Not going back. Ever.

They don't offer a loaner car program for cars in service, and the sales people are outright liars. The most damning thing about why the dealer gets 1 star is because they gouge prices on cars like the Shelby mustang. 

This review has nothing to do with the service department. It just reflects the sales department.

This Ford's service department is cheaper and nicer than Friendly Ford in Las Vegas. However, even though they drop you off with a shuttle service at home or at work while working on your car, they don't pick you up anymore. Just a heads up.
