I bought a car in october and it was such a great experience! Everyone there was so nice and helpful!...I had come in for a specific car i had seen online but when i went in it had already been sold, but they helped me find another great car that i really love! Even better than the one i was originally going to buy! Tony helped me out and really worked with me to get the down payment that i wanted to pay...i almost thought i was going to have to leave without the car but he really went to bat for me with the finance department! I love my new car and thank everyone for the great service they provided! I would definitely recommend to others and will absolutely purchase future cars with them! Thanks Guys!!!

At first I had some difficulties getting a car that I wanted, in the end I drove off the lot very happy. Thank you to Carlos, Tom, Byron and Josh for all the patience and help! Would recommend this place to everyone! Their customer service was one of the best!

I am really satisfied and impressed with my experience here at open lot. This has been the smoothest car purchase I have ever had. My sales rep Byron was on top of his stuff! He worked hard to find a vehicle for me and my family. I explained to him that I had children and what I would need, he totally listened and made it happen. The BDC director Maria was also a all-star. She assisted me with insurance and even offered her resources to help dispute some insurance issues I had in the past. Overall I am leaving here with a vehicle, a low monthly payment & a smile. Thank you open lot! I will be back!!!

Applied for financing online. Had a missed call and Valerie left a voicemail. When called in Valerie answered. I told her my name and she seemed utterly confused. She asked if I was from the Better Business Bureau. I told her no, I’m not and repeated my name again. She then asked if I could tell her what she left on my voicemail. I was then told I would have to wait for a call back because she couldn’t find my file. Many other options for buying a car. Lost my business.

I want to give a huge shout out to Open Lot Car Sales I bought my vehicle a couple months ago and they have attended me with the best customer service I could ask for ! NEW MANAGEMENT  IS the absolute best !! Thank you for helping me with all my car needs 😀
