Big city dealership. We we're traveling to Lake Mead and needed a couple of quarts of oil for our Ram diesel. Very hard to find parking. Went inside the parts store and was ignored while three parts guys chatted with one customer. Laughing and bsing, no one even acknowledged my presence. Finally a you lady parts person came in and asked I had been helped. I told her not only had I not been helped, I hadn't even been greeted by the guys. She gave them a dirty look and then sold me the oil. I will not be back.

Really happy with my traded in. The end of year blow out really helped reduce what I owed. The sales man Paucide (Cuba) was very pleasant and helpful. Also Benny Santos and the gentleman from financing were easy to speak to and very helpful.

My descion to purchase my latest automobile from your dealership was based on reviews and word of mouth.   I was truly surprised even with the good recommendation that your salesman Tony Waller exceeded my expectations.   I have been in customer service my self for over 20 years and know how hard it is to find good help.  Mr. Waller not only pointed out all the extra features and basic attributes, beyond pointing out the vanity mirror he answered all my questions with respect and patience he was not condescending nor did he patronize me as some do when dealing with a woman customer.  His professionalism and knowledge surpassed my expectations.   He is truly a gem in your company .

Bottom line, I got a great deal.  See Benny Santos or Cesar Hernandez.  They weren’t pushy or rude.  I bought a 2017 Ram Big Horn.  The total price was $47,875.  I got the truck for 39,600 which included taxes and fees.  I highly recommend this dealership.  Happy Holidays everyone and Merry Christmas.

I think they are a great sales lot. Brenda was fabulous as was Louis! I've done the car buying thing before and they are definitely above par.. even if my husband gets overwhelmed ;)
