I'm sure we'll do this again. Buying a car with no sleaze and no hassle was great. It was 90 minutes from us walking in the door to driving away with a car. My only complaint is that the spare tire has a tack in it and I don't think that's covered in the warranty. I didn't think to flip it over and look at it. Underneath it was broken mirror as well. A friend actually discovered this. So...FLIP OVER YOUR SPARES PEOPLE!

I had a great experience at CarMax. It was quick and painless. Our salesperson was so patient with us and made everything very easy.

I got a great deal on my 2015 Corolla S Plus. Looks like it's brand new, low mileage, drives well, good price. The sales rep Durand was helpful the entire way as were the people in the office. A small issue developed with the car 6 months after purchase that Toyota deemed not covered under warranty (I find this debatable). CarMax was willing to waive the initial service fee to give me a (third) opinion and go from there. That's more than I can say for two Toyota dealers who wanted to charge $200+ to diagnose the car and blamed the issue on the fact that the car was bought used (and without the problem that developed later). Other than this I've had no complaints about the car and the buying process. They will also work with you regarding financing when other dealerships (coughToyotacough) would not approve financing. I would buy a car here again before I would buy from the neighboring Toyota dealership.

My favorite place to begin my quest for a new car search. Other than being close to other dealerships it also houses a much more relaxed atmosphere compared to a traditional dealership. No pushy sales staff means you can spend more of your energy and time admiring, inspecting and learning about the car(s) you're interested in.

Went to go sell my son's car which wasn't running. Keith Jenkins made the experience so easy. Since I was in the system already all I had to do was show up when the estimate was over. I'd definitely go back and recommend anyone who is looking to buy a car also.
