Zoar was amazing!! By far the best experience purchasing a vehicle I've ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable and was a lot of fun to talk to while everything was getting finalized. Michael, the guy working in finance, was awesome too. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I will absolutely be back to buy my next Volvo from Fields!

Surprisingly bad experience assuming average reviews. I came to do test drive and lease XC90. After test drive I sat with sales person Roger and manager Joe provided a lease quote. The offer looked acceptable. I took my time to get mentally ready and crunch some numbers to determine the best option that fits me. I verbally committed to pick up car during this week, and I asked one clarifying question related to pricing. Roger picked up the offer, went to Joe and came back with an updated quote for the same vehicle. The new offer was $1,000 higher in cash due and $150 higher in monthly payment. I am absolutely not kidding. I was told that Joe made a mistake entering wrong money factor and because I only committed verbally but didn't sign the offer, that offer is now gone and the new pricing was the best they could offer. New pricing was completely out of line and I had to decline. The saddest part is both Roger and Joe behaved like nothing happened. All I heard was "Hey... mistakes happen". Unethical and unprofessional behavior for such a respected brand.

I have always had a great experience at this dealership. Came from CA and Fields was superior to the dealership I worked with there. Thank-you especially to Javier!!

Zoar Avni was particularly great to work with. He took his time with us, answered all of our questions, and helped us find the right vehicle.
