Took my son to Fields to look at a used 2004 BMW X5 with 92000 miles. Negotiated a fair price with our salesman Jay Sachs. My son just got his first job out of college and paid cash for this as opposed to monthly lease payments on a new car. There were three items that were disclosed before we purchased. The hazard light switch didn't turn on. Rear wiper blade wasn't gripping the glass amd the AC wasn't blowing cold out of two vents. The switch was merely sticking. The wiper arm just needed oil and the AC just needed more freon. The car looks fantastic inside and out. The best part is we just packed up his clothing and drove the car to Scottsdale AZ. No issues. We looked at several other dealerships first and then Fields. We might have paid slightly higher than other dealerships but this car was truly inspected and serviced before they put this up for sale. You get what you pay for and in this case was an amazing car!

Having bought 2 previous cars here, I felt assured and very comfortable knowing I would get the best deal possible.... I happened to run into my previous salesman, Roberto Lopez, (who is now a manager) just as I was getting ready to leave the dealer after checking on the status of my car repairs in the Service Dept. After a warm welcome, and me explaining what was going on, Roberto suggested we see what he had available to meet my needs. The very first vehicle he showed me was EXACTLY what I wanted. He had me work with sales consultant Larry Szwiec for a test drive and to write up the sale, with Roberto now being the 'numbers' guy. We came to an agreed upon price for both the new car and my trade-in and the deal was done. I can't say enough good things about Larry, Roberto and Gary, the Finance Manager, for getting this deal done. They took their time to get me the best deal and explained each step in detail!! 10 Stars ********** for this team! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Field's to my family and friends!! One last detail, I actually moved quite a distance away recently and had already set up an appointment for a test drive for later that same evening at a dealership closer to my new home. The closer dealer would have been easier for me, but I really didn't want to leave the Field's family!!!

The dealership itself is beautiful and has a very friendly service team. They took care of my car promptly for service. James Prescott was an amazing service advisor who listened to my trouble, offered good advice, and was very helpful. I hope this is a good enough way to recognize him as I request that you do for his hard work. He had awesome communication even with the load of work he appeared to be under, and accommodated me given the situation I was in. I've never had a better service experience at a dealership. If I ever plan on buying another Jeep, I'll definitely be buying one from here. 10/10

Excellent and thorough service, as always! The young lady at the desk, Colleen, was super informative and helpful. I came in unexpectedly and she was able to get my vehicle into service and procure a loaner for me all while pleasantly and professionally juggling several other tasks. My car was in for several days, and Colleen kept me informed throughout the process. She is definitely a reason we keep coming back to Fields!

Recently I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from Fields. Last Saturday I decided to take a ride to get the car washed. After I gave them the cost I decided to walk inside the Dealership to stay cool. The gentleman who sold me the car saw me and said hello. He asked how I like my car and of course I did. I then mentioned that the chrome exterior exhaust pipe was a little turned wrong. My salesman Josh.......we cannot let you drive a car from there like that. Although he was kind of joking he said don't come back later. Let's get it take care now. And he did. While wIting he got me some popcorn and soda and water for my wife. Then my other salesperson came over to say hello. The reason for this post is because I see the lack of customer service everywhere but not here. What a wonderful experience. Thank you for letting me share this experience. Jerry Weiss
