We don't write reviews often, but wanted to share our awesome experience with Jennings Chevrolet, specifically with Darrin Frank. We were dreading going car shopping because of past experiences with pushy, overwhelming sales people and dealerships. We would get slammed with phone calls, emails, even handwritten notes. The minute we walked into Jennings we were greeted by Darrin and were happy to have him help us. He was informed, friendly, personal, and just an overall great person! We asked lots of (probably) annoying questions and Darrin was so patient. He discussed about a million options, trim levels, leasing numbers versus buying etc. with us and was so helpful. In the end we ended up buying a 2018 equinox and can safely say it's the perfect car for us! The dealership didn't have our exact car so they searched the area and eventually found one that fit our criteria. John Schmidt in the leasing department was friendly and informative as well. Everything was smooth and well run. Lease signing was quick, easy and each form was explained clearly. There were no surprises in the terms or numbers of the lease. Before we left, Darrin walked us through all the cool features and set up for our cars different systems (phone app, Apple car play, seat settings, even just the basics of wipers/brights etc.) We considered a few other cars/dealerships in our car buying process and came back to Chevy and Jennings/Darrin because of their superior customer service. No one else compared! We never felt pressured, overwhelmed, or like we were getting scammed. We would definitely recommend this dealership to others. They're great! We absolutely loved working with Darrin and we love our new car!!

Cannot say enough good things about the level of customer service at Jennings, but let me just share my very last experience: I came to simply request an appointment regarding some damage to my car and it was late in the evening when most of the staff had left / was leaving. I was immediately attended to by Mac in the Service dept, who was able to (somehow!) immediately get someone to correct the issue. Following this, Chris in Sales dept stayed extra late and went through all kinds of trouble to provide a great experience. Friendly. Fast. Efficient. Diligent. Jennings: trust me, you want to give these guys a visit - you will NOT be disappointed!

Chris Hallenberg is the person we always go to when we need to change vehicles. Friendly, no hassle service and he knows how to understand what is most important to his client. From beginning to end he's great! And even though this is our 4th Equinox he's most willing to explain all the things that are new on the car. It's a win win!!!

My wife and I stopped to check on a used model we've been looking for. Jerry Perberg made us feel right at home from the get go. It was the right vehicle, Jerry and Ray gave me a great price so we hammered out the deal. Best car buying experience.

It is always a fun experience working with Debbie Ress. She is so knowledgeable and makes me feel valued and appreciated. AND she knows how to get through the process quickly and efficiently.
