I wanted to commend Tony B. the service consultant that helped me out with my service that was completed.  He has been spectacular throughout my whole experience at Gregory Hyundai!!!  From the initial contact to the delivery of the vehicle.....IT HAS ALL BEEN DONE WITH PROFESSIONALISM!!!  This level of excellence I don't even experience at my luxury dealer....TRULY OUTSTANDING!!!  If I could give 6 STARS I definitely would!!!

I was very pleased with the prompt and thorough service.  Something got lodged inside my tire's lining that caused a whirring noise in rhythm with the tire's rotation.  When I applied my brakes, a screeching noise was evident. That Friday morning, I called your service dept. immediately and, even though busy, they informed that I stop in immediately.  On my way to your dealership, whatever was lodged dispersed.  To make sure it was gone and that no damage was done, my car underneath was thoroughly examined, test-driven along with me for the ride.  I hope no one experiences the misfortune of having this happen to them.  It was scary.  The bottom line is, I can always rely on Gregory Hyundai's service dept. for their impeccable care with a capital "S".

Buying a car at Gregory Hyundai is a little like flying Spirit Airlines. Make sure you do your research and you'll probably be good; leave it up to them and things may be missed. 
Nice website, great car selection, and it was an easy process for looking at cars and test-driving; I had a very nice, laid-back salesman who was kind and helpful. 
Unfortunately, my follow-up experiences have been quite unsatisfactory. I did not do a walk-around of the car before signing on the dotted line (my mistake to trust the dealership) and found damage to the bumper the following morning. I was asked to cover half the cost of repairs. I understand why, but ultimately I felt like my customer satisfaction was worth half the price of a bumper. Ouch. Upon bringing in my car for repairs, there was confusion and even arguing between employees. Ultimately, I've spent a lot more time in that dealership than is necessary, and no amount of chocolate chip cookies will make up for that.
The Service Department, however, has been outstanding - gracious and accommodating - as they seem to pick up the pieces the other departments do not communicate. They are the reason this rating got bumped to three stars. If I return here for service, it is because of the experience I have had with them.

Absolutely a wonderful car buying experience. Not at all pushy salesmen. Treating everyone with respect. I am so glad that I bought my car from Gregory Hyundai. Thank you Luis Almendarez!!

My last vehicle was purchased here in 2006. It was always serviced well.  My recent purchase through Luke Self was easy, very professional, got me the best buy for my money, as well as Dave LaBahm in finance dept. I am enjoying my Hyundai Tucson to to the extreme. I am a one leg amputee, which this vehicle accommodates my needs. 
Thank you for the courtesy you have extended me, and your dealership from me continues at the highest standard.
