I suggest you do NOT go to fabulous car wash at custer and 380!!!  I have been a couple of times with no problems but this last time the bristles or whatever scratched my car.  I have no time in my life to make something like this up and am the most honest person you will ever meet. The owner Charles was a complete jerk  and basically called me a liar.  First words out of his mouth were "it's impossible for me to scratch only half the car".  It's a VERY large scratch.   My husband also filled out an incident report on Saturday and no one even called back. I had to go up there this morning to even get a response!!  I have already contacted my attorney and will be suing him. Crazy that business owners don't Just want to take care of their people!!!  I was a loyal customer.

I went to this carwash the other day and the machine malfunctioned and scratched my vehicle. I brought this to the attendants attention and filled out an incident report. Yesterday I had to contact the owner (Charles) because we never received a call back. He said that it was not their fault from the picture he saw. He then said that he saw the machine malfunction on the video but that could not have caused the damage, we then explained what happened in the tunnel and he told us to drive up so he could see the damage. He also said that they constantly have problems with my vehicles tire size which is a stock suburban so I don't see why they would allow me to go through or anybody else with this similar vehicle. Upon arriving he still claimed no responsibility and said that there was no way his carwash could have done this. If you view the scratches you can clearly see that it as caused by the wash. Measuring the scratches you can see that they are equal distance and were caused by the brushes when the belt malfunctioned and we were stuck in the same spot in the tunnel for a good 10 seconds. I asked him for a copy of the video and he said that he doesn't know how to do it. I said that I need him to write down on a piece of paper that he would save the copy so if this goes to court we would have it and he refused to do that. When I asked him if he had insurance to cover things like this he said I have a thousand dollar deductible and this is not the much. In other words he is claiming no responsibility for the damage caused to my vehicle and telling me to kick rocks. Then he tells me he will split the cost of a detail to get the scratches out. This is a poor way to do business in my opinion. I would strongly recommend not going to the carwash if you care about your car. Clearly the owner is clearly here to make money and provide no customer service.

Well staffed and well organized. The car really is cleaned and the wash is safe. With a monthly pass I go as often as I like. As I like to keep the car clean and waxed, so I go often. This is one of the better car washes in town.

Such a rip off. You will need a car wash after this so called carwash. After paying $14 car was not clean and it was so wet water droplets dries on your windows leaving a nasty stain. Tire shine not existing. This was a huge mistake. Never again.
