Katie and her team are very friendly. Prior to Katie, I have never thought I'd call my insurance agent a friend. But Katie and her team is very nice and would spend time to understand your needs and your situation. So I am happy to have my policies with her.

If you are Chinese, one of her teammates Karma Lee speaks fluent Chinese. Just call in and ask for Karma if you want to use your mother tongue.

I have been a client of Deanne in Katie Kelly's State Farm office going on five years now, and can not frankly imagine working with anyone else after experiencing her incredible customer service and attention to detail! Whether auto, home or life insurance, Deanne's high level of competent personal service have always left me feeling confident that she really has my back. The office was not organized in getting my insurance all switched over from another state. When we changed out our homeowners to our Washington policy we kept paying in AZ thinking they had switched all policies. I asked that they not contact us to sell life insurance and after 3 calls I canceled my policy. The staff was pleasant to deal with but other offices have been more organized.
