My boyfriend had a referral for his chronic back pain that he's had for about two years, and come to find out they don't even treat backs. The wait was over an hour. When he finally goes in to see the doctor to tell him about the pain he's having, the doctor calls him an addict and says he's only there to get pain medication. It's upsetting that these are the consequences of people who abuse the system- being denied medical help for REAL pain. He said he was not able to provide an MRI because there was no proof of him being in actual pain, which makes absolutely zero sense to me. Wouldn't the MRI prove whether he's in pain or not? 0/10 terrible office.

I had to put a star but it does not deserve one unless you can do negative!!! I was injured on the job and my MRI did not show my osteoarthritis so I told the doctor and she just blew me off and dx me with a MCL sprain, even my PT thought it was a meniscus. had to deal with this for 11 weeks before going to my orthopedic for a second opinion and repeat MRI and sure enough had been misdiagnosed it is a medial meniscus tear and will be having surgery in January. It is sad because I personally knew Dr. Armistead who originally owned and opened this practice he was a family friend. How disgusted it made me.

appointments running  1.5 - 2 hours late.  So disrespectful to patients time.  Over booking.   Won't be going back

Dr.  Sean Carroll Is a good doctor  in my opinion. 2 other doctors I went to would not believe me about me being in a lot of pain for my herniated disc. The other 2 would think I am just a pill head looking for a fix. People like that are the reason why people like me have such a had time with getting help. If it was not for Dr Sean Carroll I would be  miserable. You see a lot of  negative reviews  but remember it's normally the people that have a bad  visit that only leaves a review and the people that have a good visit that don't bother. 
I can't say how the other doctors are since I do not see them. Also I pay out of pocket for all my visits since I do not have insurance and my  worker's Comp. won't pay for it anymore! 
It's not that  expensive it's well under $200 
Any ways  I appreciate everything he has done for me!!
