Takes forever to get them to come out for service. They installed a tub in my house after a week of trying to get them to come out. After they left, it didn't work. Why didn't it work? Because they pushed a rag down the pipe instead of removing it, so they charged us to fix their own mistake. Now my water heater is broken and it's been five days of trying to get them to fix it. Still waiting to hear from them....

Was interested in their services until the receptionist answered the phone & spoke so unprofessional & rudely. I hope this issue could be resolved I’m sure more customers feel the same.

The over charge for services they do not do. The receptionist is THE WORST rudest woman I have ever spoken with. I am shocked they are still in business. They are HUGE scammers - Beware -  They don't do the job and they over charge and lie about it.

The young lady who answered the phone was polite and courteous. She  asked questions about the problem I was having with my furnace and relayed the info to Dave the technician who came right out within an hour of calling. He didn't fool around or waste any time got right to the problem which was a check valve in and out in under an hour. I can't praise the whole company enough.

Every time I call the office, the staff is so polite. When I have their service people here, they are always so professional and receptive to any questions and/or concerns. They treat my home and property with respect and I really appreciate that.
