Great customer service and awesome tech.  Had an emergency and after others canceled or could not come until next day I call Essig at 245pm and had someone at the door by 4pm.  Great price and service.  Tech was very polite and explained every detail.  Couldn't be happier with this company.

I think it must be said, without reserve.  Justin  Heist is a gentleman in the finest sense of the word.  Always representing  Essig with the highest regard of honesty and integrity.    As a 30 year  retired teacher, I recognize immediately people with special talent:  How to  explain the problem -  make sense out of the terminology  - demonstrate with hands on applications and then,  present to the customer.  He does this with ease.  He works efficiently and always with the polite knowledge that he is in someone's home.  As a senior citizen especially, I highly recommend Essig and Justin Heist.

Mike W. was our service technician. He was very knowledgeable on the heating system. He provided us with very useful information and great customer service! The Essig company should be very proud to have Mike W as one of their employees. We are very satisfied with the services.

Jesse's service was top-notch. He was professional, courteous, respectful, and skilled. He found the problem quickly and got the right resources to resolve the problem. The price for the service was much better than I feared. I will use Essig again in the future and would recommend Jesse and Essig to anyone. Great job!
