Anthony B and his partner just left my house after fixing my furnace.  I don't think I've ever had two nicer, more competent service people in my home ever! Everything was explained thoroughly as they went along. They made suggestions concerning the filters we use and when to schedule future routine service calls. They fixed the problem quickly - no messing around - all business. We are more than 100% pleased and would recommend them to anyone!!!

Knowledgeable, clean, competent.  My only complaint is that I had to wait almost 6 hours from my original call.  Had I been told about the potential wait time, I might have set it up for first thing in the morning.

After an unexplained gas smell at the pipe of our water heater and 2 UGI technicians readings being 0, I decided to call UGI HVAC to see if there could be any other cause for this. I was switched to 3 different people and when I finally got through we come to figure out it was $89 to have someone come and just take a look. I was hopeful that there would be some kind of financial help considering we don’t have a way to gather up this money right now, but I was left highly disappointed and left with no idea on what to do after I was hung up on. I really wished I could have written a 5 star review after all of the ones I have read but my experience just with a service call was not what I was expecting.

Recently had my gas furnace cleaned. Appointment was easy to schedule. Technician called before he came so I was able to stay at work instead of waiting at home.
He was courteous and efficient.
