I just used Platinun Plumbing for the second time yesterday! Matt and Ethan replaced an expansion tank on my hot water heater!  They were here when they said they would be (I was late but they waited~thank you) and gave me a reasonable price estimate and fixed botched work by the builders. They finished in less time than thought and cleaned up. I recommended them to a neighbor and they had an equally good experience. Honest, reasonable, on time...great work. Thanks guys!

What a great experience we had with Platinum Plumbing!  We woke up on a Sunday morning to find our heater had stopped working.  We called the emergency number and a technician called us back within five minutes!  He was able to come out within an hour and a half, diagnosed and fixed the heater to restore heat to our home.  Great service, very knowledgeable and friendly technician.  Will definitely use Platinum for all our heating and plumbing service.

Platinum plumbing (Matt) recently performed service on our tankless water heater system and did an awesome job.  There were some minor issues with the original installation three years ago and those will all soon be corrected.  We were impressed with Matt’s technical expertise and professionalism.  also, we are planning on using Platinum to replace our aging water softener system.  We strongly recommend Platinum Plumbing for all plumbing and heating/cooling needs.

A handful of plumbers have been to our house over the years and pointed out all sort of projects they wanted to do for us, but none really explained why the work needed to be done or why their solutions were the best. That wasn't the case with Kevin from Platinum Plumbing. He took the time to explain to my wife the cause of the weird issues we were seeing, how to fix them, and point out a few "home handyman" botch jobs done by previous owners. We're beyond happy with the work and everything looks much neater, cleaner, and more professional than before. Thanks Kevin!

Andrew Burger and his company are absolute lifesavers! We had a frozen pipe issue and they were able to come out on a Saturday to help us out. Quick and professional work! We would recommend these guys to anyone.
