Very prompt service on a Saturday morning to fix a clog in a 65 year old farm pond overflow pipe in a remote location without access to electricity. Excellent attitude and work by the technician, Mike #0951. Highly recommended!

Had sewage back up into the basement on a Friday afternoon. They had great communication on when they would be out and gave me multiple updates of estimated time of service. The person who came out was very nice but spoke extremely broken English and it was very tough to understand even the gist of what he was saying. 

He said he could clear it for a price we though was reasonable for the expediency we required and we agreed. He clears the main line to the home and shows us how the main line is cleared. 

The problem came when he said he was finished, but our basement drain was still clogged with sewage water. He told us the price quoted was to clear the main line, not unclog the basement drain. He offered to call a different department at RotoRooter who could unclog the drain for us, but we declined since it would be an additional cost.

Great emergency service! One hour response( actually 45 min) at 10pm on a Friday. Main drain blocked. Technican was professional and courteous.

We called roto-rooter because our main drain clogged up. Richard the tech. Was more than helpful  to help.  He did an excellent job and was very informative and professional
