This is the 3rd time I’ve called plumbing works to do a job for me, and I’ve gotten the same, great, prompt and courteous service each and every time! I had a quote for a new shutoff valve and faucet and the plumbing works beat the other guys by $700 and the service was more professional and prompt than the other group. Jason came over the same day and completed the job within 30min and kept me up to date with all the information. I will continue to be a repeat customer and would highly recommend this company to anyone!

As new homeowners, my husband and I were a little anxious about who to call for a leak in the kitchen ceiling; we’ve never had to deal with repairs before and didn’t even know where to begin. After looking over other reviews, we thought to give these guys a try- and what a great choice that was! Jason arrived on time, was curteous to myself and our belongings, and did everything in a very professional manner. He explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand and even gave us suggestions for our next steps to get the ceiling repaired. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them for our home repair needs.

If I could give a negative number...I would!!
My Plumbing Works Technician was a total and complete rip off! I was charged $75 for him to arrive at my home; and then an additional $240 "diagnostic fee" which was not even close to being accurate.  He "diagnosed" my blower motor as being burned out and non-functional, and that a high-temperature relay switched was no longer functional.  Well...wrong again champ.  After receiving a total quote of over $1,400.00, I thought it would be best to get a second opinion.
I'm glad I did because the blower motor he quoted me at OVER $740 was only $370...AND WAS NOT NEEDED; my blower motor was operating just fine!! The high-temp relay switch he said was faulty had NOTHING wrong with it at all; functions perfectly.
He completely missed liquid that caught from a clogged drain to the blower motor which was halting my system from working.  
This company is a total joke and rips off people with prices that are quadruple the costs they should be, and service charges, and a technician that  clearly doesn't know a damn thing.  He spent nearly the entire "service call" on his phone speaking with other technicians; more qualified technicians I can only hope.  
I will NOT EVER be using this organization for anything.

I have use The Plumbing Works twice now on 2 different properties (I'm a property manager). Awesome service, fair price, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend 10/10.

I had a great experience with the plumber who came to my house.  He was friendly and courteous.  I will definitely use The Plumbing Works again.
