As usual, I was very pleased with the service at Miller Ford Lincoln. Called for an appointment and made arrangements for my car to be dropped off the night before for an early morning service appointment. The work was completed on schedule and I was notified by phone when it was ready for pick-up. My transportation delivered me within an hour of notification and I was on my way. Everyone was friendly, cooperative and respectful. It's always a pleasure to do business with Miller Ford Lincoln.

I am giving this a lower rating, although the sales people are very nice; the service station is definitely lacking. I purchased a car (brand new) in 2013 and have had problems with it ever since. I believe my car has had 3-4 recalls, along with other issues. I have had to bring my car in at least 6 times over the past 4 years(which seems a bit excessively for a brand new car). One such issue caused my car to stall in the at a stop light on a very busy road. I understand that recalls happen, and the other issues were fixed under the warranty (mostly); except for the last issue I had with the car. I was a few months out of warranty; and there was a wiring error in the dashboard; I was losing power to the gas peddle. I had to pay $375 to have it rewired; no parts required; just the price of labor. It is frustrating to constantly bring in a brand new car because of issues. The ladies and gentlemen in the service station are not helpful at all. They do not explain situations fully, and even when I would ask questions I would only get brief or one word answers. They made me feel I was a burden, or that I was wasting their time. When I tried to bring up my concerns, I felt the person helping was not listening; that they were just waiting for me to finish talking without actually addressing my concerns. I finally called customer service and was grateful to get someone on the line that was patient and able to talk me through everything. I don't think I will ever buy another Ford vehicle. Going forward, I will use a different auto service station for car issues.

The service appointment with Miller Lincoln went very smoothly. Courteous and professional service. Car service was completed in a timely manner and the car was returned to me freshly washed. No issues what-so-ever.

The service department is the best. Fair pricing, great staff and most of all, great work. I highly recommend them.

Once again, Miller Ford in Lumberton, NJ has outdone themselves! After an exhaustive internet search for the truck perfectly suited for my needs, Miller Ford bested seven other dealerships in South Jersey. But that's only the beginning of the good news. Yes, the price was the best but more importantly, their service is second to none. I've purchased several vehicles from Miller over the years and this purchase was no exception. No hassles, no number games - just straight talk, each financing and everything clearly laid out and explained before signing on the bottom line. The entire staff at Miller is top-notch. Give them a shot - I think you will see they are the way to go!
