In store good . As far as carson standing behind what they sell very very poor . As a 30 year shopper at carson will never by at carson again . They are good at passing the blame .

I have purchased 2 mattresses from Carson's Furniture Gallery, 2 recliners and a leather sofa and love seat in the last 10 years with Toby as the salesman.  He is a gem to work with and has always steered me in the right direction.  Ask for Toby.

Purchased a mattress & sectional couch July of 2015 from Toby, he was kind & very helpful. The delivery was wonderful and we followed up with Toby to return the box spring of the bed because it was not needed. Recently, while searching for more furniture I spoke with another saleswomen, Terry T. I explained that 15 of the rewards cards Carsons issued me had expired, but they were going to re-issue them and if she would take the expired ones if I called. She was very rude with her response. I gave this review 5 stars because I had a great expierence with Toby, and my furniture is beautiful. An ignorant salesperson will not make me angry enough to never go back. I'll just wait for Toby. Thanks again.
