I've purchased multiple items from The Dump for great deals. The Dump has a wide range of options to choose from. I could easily spend hours in there.

In two trips, I bought two beds, a nightstand,  two couches, and two accent chairs. Each time I worked with the sales representative, Stephanie Taylor. I am often reluctant to work with sales representatives because they can be pushy and fail to consider my concerns. Stephanie listened to my goals and purchase objectives. She is knowledgeable about the inventory. Most importantly, she was mindful of my budget. In all of my purchases, I never felt like I was sacrificing quality/aesthetics for a lower price. Stephanie was wonderful to work with--she's practical and kind.

Also, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Tony. I believe he is a supervisor. He also went above and beyond to provide a quality customer service experience.

We recently bought a table from The Dump. Paid in full plus delivery charge and scheduled day of delivery. We made it clear to contact my wife for the confirmation of delivery time, but instead they confirmed on my number. They showed up for delivery over 2-1/2 hours early. Called me, again wrong person, in the middle of an important business meeting. They played dumb and asked if I could get my wife home. My wife had to leave our daughter’s track meet minutes before she ran. When she got home, the delivery crew had left. They decided to go have lunch. They finally arrived and two chairs plus the table were scratched. Rescheduled delivery for LATE Monday. Received confirmation for late morning/early afternoon. Called and let them know it had to be later in the day and they calmly told me this was my fault and I was lucky they weren’t charging me a second delivery charge! Now we have to wait another full week for our furniture. Buyer Beware! Will never recommend The Dump to anyone. In fact, I’ll do just the opposite. Buy your furniture elsewhere!

We just stopped by to check this place out and LOVED it!  We casually walked around and sat in many sectionals until we sat in one that we didn’t want to get up from.  That’s when Laura found us.  Probably the most down to earth sales person we have ever had.  We wanted to re-arrange to make sure it would still look OK.  Laura had no issues with this and even got some helpers.  Will definitely be back to buy more and will definitely ask for Laura Heiting when we do.

The Dump is the farthest thing from overstock furniture at a discount price. We found this place via Intercon’s website. My wife liked a dining set manufactured by them and The Dump was listed as a reseller. Obviously we found online pricing before and were shocked when The Dump was $435.67 more then our online quote. This was the out the door price with tax and delivery. Even better is The Dump offers no warranty unless you want to pay at least another $100 extra and online the full manufacture warranty applies. In our case we purchased online and couldn’t be happier. Our sales lady was very nice and helpful, but didn’t find Dump pricing. Do your self a favor and price check the set you like online and verify your not get taken too.

First time here and I will be back. We found our perfect  mid century modern sectional for far less than other stores. I had searched for close to a year at all the nearby furniture stores including online for the perfect piece. Part of the problem was cost, size,craftmanship of product, and attitude of sales people from other stores. We walked out of there with a sectional, a protection plan for it( we need it in our household) , a rug, rug protector and 4 dinning chairs for what an entire sectional would cost at other places.  The total purchase price was also much lower than the entire market price of the sectional alone. Our sales person Ira, was very patient, informative and helpful as we made our selections . He also went over everything to make sure we understood our order and delivery process before we left.   If you are on a budget with expensive or fancy taste, come here first. If you are unable to find what you are looking for at other places, stop in. They have new arrivals weekly and might just have what you are looking for. Just make sure to ask for Ira. :)
