The dinner was amazing. The pork was soft and fell off the fork and melted in your mouth. The sauce perfectly complimented the meat. Drinks were good and given with good portions. The view was spectacular. The staff made sure we were very taken of as well

Carter House is the only place to be in eureka from 4-6 on any given afternoon. Drinks are incredible, the bartenders are beyond hospitable and are willing to bend over backwards to make your experience perfect. Happy hour deals are off the charts amazing. Carter House is my #1 go-to for drinks in Eureka.

The place had a great beer list, full bar, good food and friendly staff. As one of the only places open on Sunday, they successfully served everyone. Outside seating or nice AC inside. We will be back!
