I loved the scenery, tranquility of the campsite, and friendliness of the campers who were there. But we're also respectful of others around them. Fair price ...remember you're CAMPING NOT GLAMPING! Lol!!

They have added a  lot of new sites  there are not a lot of trees yet in the new section and now the lake is filling up pretty good It seems dispite the lack of moisture Colorado has had this year

There's no fish that ever bite their and the yellow jackets and wasps are out of control outside of that the campsite was very nice and all the people that were there are very very friendly very respectful

We tent camped for a night and it wasn't too bad.  My main complaints are with the general maintinace  of the campground.  The bathrooms were very dirty and were packed full of bugs.  They were some of the worst vault toilets I have experienced.  The tent site was nice and there was a great fairly level place for our tent. However the fire pit was still full of charred wood and trash from previous fires.  We will probably stay here again, but mainly because it is only 30 min from where we live not because it was great.

Very accommodating location. Great lake to fish,this close to Denver.
